Bright, dark purple in colour with fruit aromas, balsamic spices and hints of cumin, clove and nutmeg. This Ribera del Duero has an excellent structure and is tasty and fresh on the palate leading into a very lengthy finish.
Valduero was one of the first wineries to be incorporated in the area of Ribera del Duero and is also probably the highest winery in the region at 840m above sea level. The vines range from 12 to 40 years in age and are all low yield, ensuring maximum intensity of flavour in each grape.
