This Pinot Noir is deep crimson red with hints of purple the depth is repeated on the nose which is rich and complex with strong notes of ripe raspberry, cherry and strawberry dominating against a richer layer of spiced oak and savoury flavours which will develop well over the next few years in the bottle. The velvety flavours are balanced with a good strength of soft and silky tannins and a finish with just the right balance of acidity to give a long and lingering finish of full fruit.
