This is the second wine of the Chateau Guiraud Premier Cru Classe Sauternes. Created to maintain its freshness and minerality it is a perfect balance and its new oak ageing gives it its structure and complexity and refined sweetness while the large proportion of Sauvignon Blanc keeps the finish fresh.
