Moillard-Grivot Rosé Brut is a Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling wine crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay, sourced from select vineyard sites in Burgundy. The base wine undergoes primary fermentation in stainless steel to preserve freshness, followed by secondary fermentation in bottle with aging on lees for 12 to 15 months to develop texture and finesse. It shows bright aromas of wild strawberry and red currant, with delicate brioche and floral undertones. The palate is crisp and lively, with fine bubbles and a dry finish that highlights both varietal character and skilled sparkling wine production.
