Traditional French Rhone blend.

The red Syrah is co-fermented with the small proportion of white Viognier, following the same traditional methods used for the greatest of Rhone wines. This process achieves synergy and gives the wine fantastic complexity with characteristics typical of these two grape varieties. Complex aromas of cherries and blueberries followed up by the subtle fragrance of apricot and white peach. On the palate, it shows its potential – smooth, round, meaty and flavourful. Very good, ripe tannins, with a long and refined finish. An ideal match for game dishes and slow-cooked meat dishes.
