Fleurie – Beaujolais

La Compagnie Beaujolaise Fleurie is a finely crafted Cru Beaujolais made exclusively from Gamay, sourced from granitic slopes in the Fleurie appellation. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo semi-carbonic maceration in traditional cement vats to enhance aromatic lift and preserve fruit purity. The wine is aged for several months in tank to maintain freshness and varietal character. It displays vibrant red berry and floral notes, with a supple texture and fine-grained tannins. The palate is fresh and well-balanced, offering a clear expression of Fleurie’s elegance and the precision of its low-intervention vinification.
