A fantastic English Sparkling wine from Henley-on-Thames with a pale lemon-yellow hue and tight bubbles. On the nose, red and yellow fruits with a buttered croissant overlay. On the palate, very dry, green apple dominant, lively acidity, and creamy mousse texture. Medium body, good persistence and pleasant length.
