Domaine Fernand Engel is a family run estate and one of Alsace’s leading organic producers, committed to sustainable viticulture and crafting sparkling wines with finesse and purity. A blend of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir, made using the traditional method. Hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed, with primary fermentation in stainless steel. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and ages on lees for 24 months for added complexity and fine bubbles. It has delicate flavours of green apple, brioche, and citrus zest. A creamy mousse with vibrant acidity and a lingering, elegant finish.
