Harvested by hand, the Montmains Premier Cru Chablis displays the classic minerality, balanced by beautiful ripe citrus fruit, green apple and a hint of apricot. Mostly aged in stainless steel to retain the wines freshness, 30% is fermented in oak of 1 to 5 years in age, lending it a texture that complements the classic minerality of the wine and its lingering steely finish.
