Domaine de la Galinière Méthode Traditionnelle IGP Méditerranée is a sparkling rosé crafted in southern France using the traditional method, primarily from Grenache and Cinsault. The grapes are harvested during the cool hours of early morning to preserve freshness, followed by gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation. After the secondary fermentation in bottle, the wine is aged on lees for several months to develop a fine mousse and layered complexity. It displays aromas of raspberry, white peach, and a touch of citrus zest, with a dry, balanced palate and a crisp mineral finish that reflects its Mediterranean origin and careful vinification.
