Rich, smooth, and expressive, this 100% Syrah from southern France captures the warmth and character of the Languedoc. Grown on sun-drenched clay-limestone soils, the grapes are harvested at peak ripeness and vinified with care to highlight bold fruit and subtle spice. A portion of the wine is aged in oak, lending gentle structure and notes of vanilla and toast.

On the nose, it opens with aromas of ripe blackberry, plum, and cracked pepper, lifted by hints of violet. The palate is round and generous, with silky tannins and dark fruit flavours balanced by freshness and spice. A velvety finish leaves a lasting impression of dark cherry and soft oak. Perfect for grilled meats, hearty pastas, or aged cheeses.
