Crafted at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain near Aix-en-Provence, this organic rosé captures the essence of Provence with elegance and purity. Made from Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grown on limestone-rich soils, the grapes are harvested at night to preserve delicate aromatics and freshness. The wine is fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel and briefly aged on lees for added texture.

Pale salmon in color, it opens with expressive aromas of wild strawberry, citrus zest, and white peach. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with bright acidity, silky texture, and a clean, mineral finish. A refined and versatile rosé, perfect as an aperitif or paired with Mediterranean cuisine.
