As the haggis is brought in, one of Burns’ most famous poems – address to a haggis – will be delivered with theatrical flair and anyone will be able to deliver impromptu poetry recitals throughout the evening!

Aberdeen Angus slow cooked Beef Skirt Chilli with Haggis Crumble.

Scottish Cranachan Desert with a Honey & Whisky Cream and Scottish Raspberries.
