The vineyard of “La Frèrie” has chalky soils giving fresh minerality to its wines with blossom and hazelnut aromas, white flowers and violet. From the Hachette Guide ‘Perfect as an aperitif or on seafood starter, this cuvée offered by “Maison Auvigue” will seduce Pouilly Fuissé lovers. Light yellow with silver tints, the nose is reminiscent of pastries (brioche, fresh butter) and dried fruits (almond, hazelnut). On the palate the entry is lively and develops a concentrated substance with hints of minerality. A beautiful set which has reached maturity.’
