Made by the exceptionally talented David Coulston, this is our best selling Sauvignon Blanc and we are thrilled with it! A bright pale yellow with green tints in colour. This is a classy and intensive wine, fresh and beautifully vibrant with sweet exotic fruit delights. On the palate it has a touch of complexity with herbal tones and deep passionfruit, gooseberry and lime flavours. A wonderful match with Fish either lightly grilled, poached or sautéed, seafood, goats cheese salad, herb/lemon dishes, turkey or pork.
