This Pinot Noir represents the true expression of the Terra Sancta (or ‘Sacred Earth’) vineyards in the heart of Bannockburn, Central Otago. From the layers of spicy black fruit perfume on the nose, to the velvety fruit of the first sip, this wine shows the full aroma and flavour profile of the estate. With spice, rich cassis and vanilla blending beautifully and exceptionally silky tannins, the finish is long and layered. Can be cellared for up to 12 years.
