Fresh and Exciting Field Blend
This beautiful white blend is made from a combination of three separate field varietals, the predominant of which is grown at 675m above sea level. Hand-picked, and minimal sulphur added during the pressing and maturation processes result in a wine classified as vegan, low intervention and low sulphite.
Tasting notes: Fresh, clean and crisp. Citrus and green fruits on both the nose and palate, with green olives and a well balanced palate.
