Kilkerran ‘Batch 13’ Heavily Peated 58.6% Cambeltown Single Malt
This is the thirteenth batch in the ‘Heavily Peated’ series from Kilkerran. It’s an excellent Cambeltown Single Malt, building around the core of peat-smoke that you’d expect. Bottled at 58.6% ABV, this hearty, richly smoky offering has become a real classic.
On the nose it opens up to reveal citrus notes and vanilla with delicate peat smoke. The Palate offers freshly baked Bramley apple pie and sweet salted caramel. The peat is prolific yet well integrated with amazing balance.
