Proximity to the Atlantic Ocean provides cool breezes and a maritime climate that help to develop bright, fruit driven wines with great character and complexity.
The 60% Cabernet Franc-40% Tannat split results in rich red berry fruit with warming spice and rounded vanilla flavours, cleansing full finish. Traditional fermentation with 6 months in oak.
