A blend of white and grey organic Grenache this is a smooth dry wine with good fruitful notes. A wine of a beautiful intensity, fresh and complex. Three wines from a particular ‘parcel’ of vines, hence La Parcellaire, each chosen to best represent a particular grape varietal and show it off to its full expression. These wines will continue to develop in the bottle and are made to accompany food.
