A deep dark red wine with lashings of liquorice, blackberries and black cherries!

Made in Saint Chinian in the Languedoc Roussillon area, by Jérôme Roger.  A small vineyard producing hand crafted wines made with care and attention.  The cepage is Syrah, Grenache and Mouvedre which offers luscious blackberries and black cherries on the nose and palate with backbone of liquorice spice.  The finish is long with delightful fine tannins giving structure and elegance.  A perfect match with anything barbecued, Steak and kidney pie or a well stocked cheese board.
