A soft and fruity Otago Pinot.
Medium purple red in colour, the aromas are of strawberries and plums with wild thyme notes. The fiercely cold nights and warm summer days of the Otago region allow the Pinot Noir to show off its best characteristics. The medium bodied palate is soft and supple with sweet strawberry, raspberry, mulberries and cherries and a hint of dried herbs and spices. The wine is approachably soft in texture with a bright and charming fruit filled finish.
